El Tri Online DACA Grant – OFFICIAL RULES

1.  PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The El Tri Online DACA Grant Contest (\” Contest\”) begins on January 22nd, 2021, at 7 am Eastern Time and ends on February 26th, 2021 March 12, 2021, at 11 pm Eastern Time  (the \”Promotion Period\”).

    The sponsor of the DACA Grants t is El Tri Online (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or problems related to the Contest. The  Sponsor may be reached by email at daca@eltrionline.com during the Promotion Period.

2.  ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of 50 US States, the District of Columbia, and its territories who are 18 years or older and eligible for DACA participation (the \” Entrant\”). Sponsors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the \”Promotion Entities\”), are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a grant. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GRANTS:   

Grand grant: Five (5) winners will receive one (1) check each payable to the Department of Homeland Security DACA filing fee, on behalf of the recipient, for the total amount of $495

Only one grant per person will be awarded. Grants cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute grant of equal or greater value if a grant described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the grant represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the grant’s actual value turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference would not be awarded in cash. The sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any grant awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen grant items.
   
This Contest is open to eligible DACA eligible Recipients residents of the 50 US States, the District of Columbia and its territories, and 18 years or older. Grant will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the grant winner’s sole responsibility failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the grant.
 

4. HOW TO ENTER: 

1. Read ETO Grant Terms and Conditions 
2. Create a video (60 seconds or less) explaining how you would benefit from the ETO DACA Grant and email it to us at daca@eltrionline.com
3. Video has to show your creativity and informative by explaining in some detail how you would benefit from the ETO Grant. 
4. Share or Repost ANY of our DACA Post to one of the following social media outlets: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or Facebook with the hashtag #ElTriOnlineDACA and tag us @eltrionline plus the following sponsors: @illicitgraphics, @hinchabrand,supreme_asphalt_services, and @firme_mezcal on the caption/body portion of your post (If any sponsors can’t be “tagged,” then write their name in.
5. After the submission period is over, 12 finalists will be chosen for the final round.
6. The 12 finalists will receive you will receive a notification message, and you will move on to the final round of the contest”.
7. A group of 5 additional participants in case any of the original 12 finalists selected drop out of the contest.
8. Finalists will be explained the contest’s last set of rules and be asked to provide personal information via this Google Form if they are one of the 5 winners.
9. February 26, 2021, March 12, 2021, The winners will be alerted via email, and an announcement that the contest has concluded will be shared via our social media platforms and website at www.eltrionline.com/dacagrants

Enter the Contest during the Promotion Period by submitting a video, which can be found on the following website at  https://eltrionline.com/dacagrants

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/Contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any grant is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period to participate. The sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.
   

5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Contest will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The winner selection process will be conducted about February 25, 2021, March 11, 2021, after the Promotion Period by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately February 26, 2021, March 12, 2021, after the winner selection process  Potential Winner(s) must accept a grant by email as directed by the Sponsor within 72 hrs of the winner announcements notification on February 26, 2021, March 12, 2021 Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to monitor any email account adequately.

Any winner notification via email not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in grant forfeiture. The potential grant winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and a Publicity Release (collectively \”the grant Claim Documents\”). No substitution or transfer of a grant is permitted except by the Sponsor.

7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://eltrionline.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Contest Entities for administration and grant fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Contest; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest or download of any materials in the Contest.

 If for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. The sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and grant awards in such an event. Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining grants (up to the total ARV as outlined in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Contest.

10. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to El Tri Online cc: El Tri Online DACA Grant Contest at 349 KING St Bristol, CT 06010. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than 72 hrs after the Promotion Period has ended. For accessing a Winner List online, visit https://eltrionline.com/dacagrants/. The winner list will be posted after winner confirmation is complete.
