Europa League: Lozano and Napoli for the win

The Europa League brings excitement and the passion that teams show at the top tier level in Europe. There were some surprising results, but today we focus on the Mextranjero Chucky Lozano and Napoli in their win against a strong opponent, La Real Sociedad.

The Italian side Napoli managed to beat Real Sociedad. The Spanish team is currently at the top of La Liga, but that did not seem to matter as the Italians managed a one-nil victory with a goal from Mateo Politano at the 55th minute. Hirving Lozano did not start in today’s matchup as Gatusso had him on the bench, but was subbed early at the 22nd minute of the match due to Insigne getting injured.

Lozano played the rest of the match, he did not stand out and had a solid number of touches to create chances but did not get generate any danger. Chucky’s most impactful moment in today’s match took place when he received a yellow card for a bad foul at the 44th minute.

Napoli had six shots and only one on target, which was all they needed to get the victory today. Despite dominating most of the match, Real Sociedad fell short. The victory puts Napoli in second of group F with three points and their next matchup will be against Rijeka on Thursday, November 5th.
