Mexico and El Salvador made it out of Group A, Canada, and the US made it out of Group B, Costa Rica and Jamaica came out of Group C, and Honduras and surprisingly Qatar made it out of Group D. These are the updated Money Lines as of 7/22/2021 @ 6:30 pm on DraftKings.

As you can see, the oddsmakers still think this is Mexico’s tournament to lose. El Tri had a rocky time during group play. At times Tata’s squad played their best and worst in the same game. The lack of goals is starting to become a problem, as five of the remaining eight teams scored more goals than El Tri. Still, this is a good time to put some money on El Tri if you think they’ll shake off the rust.
THE USA @+150
The USA had irregular showings as well, only looking dominant in their game against Haiti. The Americans struggled against Martinique and needed an early goal and an apparent no-call on a penalty, to beat Canada. This young squad lacks experience, but the emergence of new stars may be enough to lead the Yanks to victory.
CANADA @+1400
Costa Rica cruised through their group games but will face a tough game against a Canada team that has pleasantly surprised without Alphonso Davis. New faces have made Canada a dangerous team in this tournament, they will be a challenge going forward and @+1400 may be worth a wager.
QATAR @+1200
Qatar has been the surprise of the tournament, scoring the most goals in the group stage playing a delightful style of futbol. The future World Cup hosts have been a pleasant surprise beating Grenada and Honduras and drawing Panama. Qatar’s style of play will be tough to crack in the next rounds, and if you believe enough to wager on them, a hefty payout awaits.
