LIGA MX APERTURA 21 GAME LINES WEEK 1
Liga MX will kick off its new season this week when America visits Queretaro. The beginning of this tournament will be a little different since many of the teams will be missing key players due to their participation in the Gold Cup or the Olympic Tournament. Even with these absences, the show must go on, and here are the game lines for Week 1 of the Apertura 21.
WEEK ONE GAME LINES
GAME LINES ARE ACCURATE AS OF 7/21/2021 @12:15PM.
PICKS
America had a solid preseason, but they will be missing Memo Ochoa, Henry Martin, and Cordova for the beginning of the tournament. With that being said, I’m taking America @+125.
Necaxa is in rebuild mode after a tough last season, Santos was able to keep its core intact. Give Me Santos on the road @+145.
Toluca had a good run last season and will return leading scorer Canelo, as well as assist man Sambueza. Juarez is in full rebuild mode after hiring El Tuca to revitalize their squad. Give me Juarez @+140.
Pachuca will look to build on last year’s Liguilla finish, while La Fiera looks to add to their recent success under new manager Ariel Holan. I’ll take Leon @+190.
Chivas are desperate to start the league off on the right foot but will be missing key offensive weapons due to the departure of JJ Macias and Vega and Antuna being part of the Olympic squad. San Luis has had a tumultuous offseason, to say the least, and will likely struggle again this season. I think these teams will play to a draw @+235.
Atlas has done a decent job in the transfer window filling holes left by departures, and more importantly keeping GK Vargas. Pumas has a few uncertainties on their squad but will look to bounce back from a horrible season. That said, I’ll take Atlas @+195.
Puebla was last season’s dark horse but will struggle without their leading scorer who left for Leon’s greener pastures. Monterrey will also be without their goal man as Funes Mori is with El Tri at the Gold Cup. I’m going with La Pandilla @-165.
Tigres will start the post-Tuca era by visiting a Xolos squad that fizzled out towards the end of the last tournament. Los Felinos will be without Gignac and new signing Florian Thauvin. Even without them, I’m still taking Tigres @+155.
The defending champs will start their title defense campaign as they host Mazatlan. The team will be without key players as Romo and Pineda will be with El Tri in the Gold Cup and Olympics respectively. However, their showing against Leon in the Campeon de Campeones showed they have good depth and will still be a force. Give me La Maquina @-230.
My Parlay
If we go ahead and Parlay all nine picks and hit, the payout would be ridiculous! The line would total +22698. Yup, you read that right, and the payout would be an astronomical $222,798.81!
As always, Good Luck, and Good Betting!
