LIGA MX WEEK 5, MONEY LINES, ODDS, PICKS, AND PARLAY
Week 4 of Liga MX has come and gone and leaves Puebla as our current Super Lider. Yes, Puebla. It was a good week for me as I went 5-2, however, the two losers were in my parlay. Let’s see what the numbers say for Week 5.

MAZATLAN VS XOLOS
Xolos is coming off a great victory over UNAM, while Mazatlan took Tigres to the limit. For this match, I’m taking Mazatlan @+160 to win at the Kraken.
PUEBLA VS ATLAS
The Super Lider and the reigning champs will clash with the top spot in this young tournament on the line. As a diehard Atlas fan, you may think I’m going with the Zorros, however, these two teams’ styles play into each other’s strengths, I’m copping out and going for the draw @+200.
SAN LUIS VS TOLUCA
San Luis gave their new manager a shocking welcoming gift beating Las Aguilas at home. Toluca had a bye week but has won two in a row after getting rocked by UNAM week one. I’m taking Toluca @+200 to win away.
CHIVAS VS TIGRES
Chivas is coming off their best showing vs Juarez for their second victory of the tournament. Tigres is coming off the game of the Jornada last week in a 4-3 victory over Mazatlan. This is a tough one, but I’m going with Tigres @+140.
CRUZ AZUL VS NECAXA
La Maquina is undefeated and has been playing well, for their part, Necaxa was brought back down to earth by Pachuca. For this match, I’m taking Cruz Azul @-155.
SANTOS VS AMERICA
The pressure is mounting in Coapa after failing to get a win in the past three games. Santos finds themselves in the same boat. In a battle of teams looking for their first win, I’m going with Las Aguilas @+180.
PUMAS VS LEON
After a great start, UNAM’s season has taken a 180 twist. They began their season scoring eight goals in two games, but have only scored 1 in their last two. Leon is coming off their first loss of the season, losing last round to Cruz Azul. In this feline battle, I’m taking Leon @+170.
PACHUCA VS GALLOS
Los Tuzos had a great bounce-back game beating Necaxa. Gallos are still looking for their first win of the season having lost two games and drawn two. I’m taking Pachuca @-195.
MY PARLAY
Last week America and Pumas ruined my parlay in shocking fashion. This week I’m giving America another chance to make things right. Im taking America (+180), Cruz Azul (-155), Leon (+170), and Pachuca (-195). These four picks bring my money line to +1781, with our typical $100 wager, the payout would be $1881.55.
